TurboCAD Support Package

The TurboCAD Support Package includes 5 support calls or emails. Each support call is up to 20 minutes long and each email should not take longer than 20 minutes to answer. To make sure that you are getting the most from this 20 minutes, TurboCAD uses a web conferencing tool to perform live demonstrations in real time. All you need is an Internet Connection and a Skype account. These 5 support calls are valid for five months.

The cost for the TurboCAD Support Package is $135. Should you not be happy after the first support call, TurboCAD will refund the $135.

Support calls will normally be scheduled within 1 business day from the enquiry.

Once-off TurboCAD Support

For once-off support TurboCAD offers an up to 30 minute online or email support. To make sure that you are getting the most from this 30 minutes, TurboCAD uses a web conferencing tool to perform live demonstrations in real time. All you need is an Internet Connection and a Skype account. The cost for up to 30 minute support is $45.

Support calls will normally be scheduled within 1 business day from the enquiry.
